We’re very proud of Adam Harwood, Vice President of The Execu|Search Group’s Financial Services division, for making Business Insider’s database of Top Wall Street Recruiters! Adam joined the firm in 2014 and today oversees our Front Office search practice. His team specializes in the recruitment of traders, salespeople, quantitative researchers, and portfolio managers across the sell and buy-side.

The pandemic has thrown the world for a loop—and the finance industry is no exception. In these times of uncertainty, making this Business Insider database feels like a true testament to our firm’s resilience and ability to serve our stakeholders through times of great change.

“With so many hedge funds and trading firms working remotely, the emphasis on talent acquisition becomes even more heightened,” says Adam. “Many hedge funds have focused their entire business models around the constant hiring of highly qualified portfolio managers. We have been pleased by our efforts to meet our clients’ needs, even in such a unique and challenging business environment.”

To compile the database, Business Insider spoke with its network of sources and mined online data from over 80 recruitment firms to compile a list of more than 350 headhunters that find talent for Wall Street firms. The searchable database contains recruiters who focus on front-office investment professionals — traders, dealmakers, portfolio managers, bankers, and the executives those people report into.
