Frequently Asked Questions:
Will my paycheck change? There will be no disruption to our current payment process. Beginning in early July, your ACH will start coming from Tandym Group rather than The Execu|Search Group.
Will my employment contract change? No, the terms of your contract will not change. You will not need to sign a new contract.
Will there be a change in my benefits? No, you will remain enrolled in the same benefits.
How will this affect my current retirement plan with Fidelity? Your retirement plan will not be impacted.
Will I receive new medical/dental/vision and FSA cards? Yes, new cards are going to be mailed out. You can continue to use your current card(s) until you receive a new one.
Do I need to update my current provider with this change? There is no need to update your current provider. Your Member ID and Group Number will remain the same.
